About The Position
The agency is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for hourly, part-time work providing in-home and community-based therapy in Chinatown, O'ahu, Hawai‘i. The Medicare-certified home health agency focuses on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. Reliable transportation is required.
Requirements
- Current Hawai‘i license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
Benefits
- $80.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
