About The Position
ABC O'ahu is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency on O'ahu focused on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. The agency is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide quality in-home and community-based therapy in Kakaako, O'ahu, Hawaii. The position pays $80.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and is part-time.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
