About The Position

As an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized to support a patient-centered approach. Ivy Health offers a collaborative, mentorship-focused work environment while supporting clinician autonomy and growth aligned with individual passions and expertise. The role is full-time and based at one of Ivy Health’s Rhode Island locations: Barrington, Cranston, Lincoln, or Warwick. An active or pending Physical Therapist license is required. The position offers a base compensation range of $85,000–$105,000 annually, plus a biweekly clinician bonus plan and either lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a competitive sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active or pending Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients with varying ages and diagnoses.
