About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation's innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists looking for the perfect blend of mentorship and independence to launch their careers. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Michigan
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
- Treat patients in a rewarding setting that provides training, support, and mentorship.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Deliver exceptional patient service.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Develop professionally.
