About The Position

This is a travel Physical Therapist position for a Generalist role in Albany, Oregon. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 08/24/2026, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The setting is a hospital-based rehabilitation department with a focus on neuro/musculoskeletal care.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care within the assignment
• Willingness to work weekend coverage as part of the schedule
• Prior experience in neuro/musculoskeletal rehab and related specialty areas is typical for this role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with neuro- and musculoskeletal conditions that affect mobility and functional independence.
• Provide PT interventions across sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance training, and spinal therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team across multiple points of care; communicate with patients and families about goals and progress.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with department policy and standards.
• Ensure patient safety, proper use of modalities and therapeutic exercises, and adherence to BLS and facility guidelines.
