About The Position
The Physical Therapist will work in a two-PT, two-PTA outpatient clinic focused on general orthopedic and balance-related patient care. The caseload includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, with approximately 50 patient visits and 10 evaluations per week. Evaluations are scheduled for one hour of one-on-one care. The clinic uses NextGen for documentation and provides support from two Patient Experience Coordinators (PECs). Clinicians also have access to a generative AI documentation scribe to assist with real-time compliant clinical documentation and help them focus on patient care. No floating is required. The preferred schedule is five days of eight hours each: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A four-day, 10-hour schedule may be considered. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The dress code is business casual, including slacks, a professional shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
Requirements
- Outpatient experience is essential.
- A minimum of one year of experience is required; new graduates are not accepted.
- Provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Meet a target of 50 patient visits per week, including approximately 10 one-hour, one-on-one evaluations per week.
