About The Position

A Full Time split Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), SPLIT position is now available in our two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Lawrence & North Reading, MA. Should you travel between both buildings in one day, travel is paid and mileage reimbursed. Preferred Therapy Solutions is different from other therapy companies because we are owned and operated by therapists, focus on appropriate and ethical patient care, and have a management team with experience in this role. We understand therapist needs for success and offer a generous paid time off package and a continuing education department. The success of our residents relies on the success of our therapists, and we aim to help those we treat reach their highest level of independence.

Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• SNF experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
