About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic in Danville, Virginia, with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. This is an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Prior to launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

• Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
• Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
• Desire to have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
• Develop clinic location, culture, team, and patient experience.

• Recruit, interview, and retain teammates.
• Provide world-class physical therapy care.
• Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
• Participate in clinical career ladder and residency/specialty programs.
