About The Position

TheraDynamics, a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience serving the Tri-State area, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The therapist develops individualized treatment plans, works with an interdisciplinary care team, and helps patients regain function and reach their highest level of independence. The company describes its caseloads as manageable and supports clinicians’ professional growth, clinical autonomy, and evidence-based care. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem options are available.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Current New York State physical therapist license or eligibility for one.
Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
