About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Casa Grande, Arizona center, with a special interest in oncology and lymphedema, as part of its growing local ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. The caseload will be primarily oncology and lymphedema, with orthopedic patients as backfill when the schedule allows. New graduates are welcome. Lymphedema or cancer rehabilitation experience is preferred, and training is available for therapists who are passionate about this work but lack experience.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation provides rehabilitative services intended to improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Its multidisciplinary network works with oncologists and patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and it provides education and training for therapists treating its diverse patient population.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and salaried, starting at $85,000, commensurate with experience. Incentives include a $20,000 bonus and $350 per month in student loan repayment. Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment are also noted. Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

• Successfully complete the educational requirements mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a Physical Therapy license.
• Hold or be eligible for current licensure in the state of practice.
• Be CPR certified.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in cancer rehabilitation.
• Interest, experience, or certification in lymphedema.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience; student rotations are considered.
• New graduates are welcome to apply, and training is available for candidates without oncology or lymphedema experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties.
