About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Manchester/Bedford, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will mentor the new partner.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Willingness to partner and contribute to clinic development.
Ability to undergo training in leadership, operations, and financial management.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
Partner with Ivy Rehab to establish clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and increase patient interaction.
Participate in training for leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.
Work closely with experienced leaders for support and guidance.
Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Foster a positive clinic culture and retain teammates.
