About The Position
Excel PT, a proud partner of Ivy Health, is hiring a full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in New Jersey. The therapist will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on the clinic’s specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized and patient-centered. The work environment supports collaboration, mentorship, clinician autonomy, and professional growth aligned with each clinician’s interests and expertise. The position requires an active or pending Physical Therapist license and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. The listed locations are Caldwell, Hoboken, Livingston, and Wall, New Jersey. Base compensation is $95,000–$110,000 annually, with a biweekly clinician bonus plan and a choice of lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a competitive sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Active or pending license as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
