This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists ready to build and lead a startup clinic with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. This is more than a Clinic Director role — it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist License Required
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
- Desire to become an Equity Partner

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic.
- Shape a clinic from the ground up, including clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
- Open, run, and grow your own clinic using Ivy’s De Novo Business School.
- Achieve clinical accomplishments and potentially advance on the Clinical Career Ladder.
- Participate in multiple residency and specialty programs.
- Provide leadership and team development.
- Conduct recruiting and interviewing.
- Manage clinic operations and financial management.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
- Build culture and retain teammates.
