About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Manville and Hillsborough, New Jersey, and surrounding communities. Clinicians treat patients in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, longevity, and quality of life. Clinicians may also incorporate telehealth and other virtual care into their schedules. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/FOX Flex employment pathways. The posting lists a standard annual base pay range of $70,000–$102,000 for full-time roles; part-time and FOX Flex compensation is prorated. Compensation varies by experience and employment type.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state or states of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
- Ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
- Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
- Potentially supervise PTAs or OTAs, mentor emerging professionals, teach as a Clinical Instructor, and contribute articles or social content for additional compensation.
