About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas like Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will guide you through the process, ensuring confidence before opening your doors. This position is more than a Clinic Director role; it's a chance to own a piece of your own clinic and directly benefit from its success.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.

- Ability to participate in comprehensive training programs.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Must have a license required for Physical Therapist.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in clinic leadership or management.
- Interest in occupational therapy, speech therapy, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
- Experience with clinic operations and financial management.
- Skills in community outreach and referral development.
- Experience in building and retaining teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
- Serve as an Equity Partner, having a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in training and development programs covering leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.
- Work closely with experienced leaders for guidance and support.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive clinic culture and focus on teammate retention.
- Achieve clinical accomplishments incentivized by the Clinical Career Ladder.
- Potentially utilize multiple residency and specialty programs, including those partnered with HSS.
