About The Position
Cape Cod Rehab and FitPlan Cape Cod are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient position. We are an independent, therapist-owned practice that is expanding beyond traditional rehabilitation into longevity, fitness, prevention, and performance. Our team combines evidence-based physical therapy, aquatic therapy, fitness, and wellness programming to help people stay active and healthy throughout their lives. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Massachusetts licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurologic, and balance patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and progress patients appropriately
- Collaborate with therapists, fitness professionals, and support staff
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term health
- Contribute to innovative programs that extend beyond traditional rehabilitation
