About The Position
Symbria is seeking a skilled and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join its employee-owned team at Tabor Hills in Naperville, Illinois. The Physical Therapist helps patients recover from injuries and improve physical function by assessing individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The role supports patients in regaining mobility, building strength, alleviating pain, and improving quality of life. The Physical Therapist establishes appropriate goals, executes treatment plans, and supervises Physical Therapist Assistants. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the therapist maintains productivity standards and completes required documentation while helping patients achieve important outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Valid or pending state license.

- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans.
