Physical Therapist PRN
About The Position
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility at The Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville, Missouri. The role involves evaluating patients, identifying movement and functional limitations, and creating and leading individualized treatment plans to help restore movement, function, and quality of life. The therapist will provide hands-on therapy and work with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery. The position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling, with an emphasis on realistic daily scheduling and work–life balance. Care is primarily one-on-one, with group or concurrent treatments accounting for less than 1%. Requirements
- Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state physical therapist license.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.

- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
- Track and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other clinicians.
- Stay current with physical therapy best practices through continuing education.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
