About The Position

Symbria is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its employee-owned team at Hershey Mills in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role helps patients recover from injuries and improve physical function by assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The therapist guides patients in regaining mobility, increasing strength, alleviating pain, and improving quality of life. New graduates are encouraged to apply; Symbria offers mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license or have a pending license if a newer graduate.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience; this is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve important outcomes and serve as a trusted partner to the community.
