The position provides a care model intended to support quality outcomes and efficiency, structured mentorship, career development, and multiple pathways in clinical excellence and leadership. Clinicians have access to continuing education through Evidence in Motion, including residency, fellowship, and board certification support. AI clinical documentation support is planned for early 2026 to help reduce after-hours charting. A location differential may be available for longer commutes.

Compensation is $75,000–$100,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional opportunities for compensation for certifications and location differentials. A $15,000 bonus may be applied to a sign-on bonus and/or student loan repayment. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist, or ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Provide one-to-one patient care.
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
