About The Position

Symbria Rehab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to work at Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, Ohio. This PRN position covers two days per week, totaling 8–16 hours per week. New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship, training, and hands-on experience are available.

The Physical Therapist develops individualized treatment plans, helps patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, sets goals and tracks progress, and supervises Physical Therapist Assistants. The role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients’ quality of life and health outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid state license, or be in the process of obtaining one as a recent graduate.
• Have a passion for working with patients and supporting their recovery.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but is not required.
