About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, you will receive training in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach. You will also work closely with experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.

Requirements

Must have a Physical Therapist license.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.
Willingness to be trained in leadership and team development.
Willingness to be trained in recruiting and interviewing.
Willingness to be trained in clinic operations and financial management.
Willingness to be trained in community outreach and referral growth.
Willingness to be trained in building culture and retaining teammates.
