About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner in Danville, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launching, you will receive comprehensive training in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. You will work alongside experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Ability to partner with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide.
- Must have a license required for Physical Therapist.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in occupational therapy, speech therapy, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
- Experience in clinic operations and financial management.
- Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
- Experience in building culture and retaining teammates.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.
- Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Participate in training and development programs covering leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach.
- Work closely with experienced leaders for support.
- Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
- Build culture and retain teammates.
