About The Position

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and can work in any department or location assigned based on rehabilitation needs. Performs other duties as assigned. This is an on-site role at the CP-Ortho, Sports & Spine Center facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The position is listed as 1.0 FTE, with 40 standard hours and Shift 1.

Requirements

At least two years of clinical therapist experience meeting Level I responsibilities, as determined by interview and assessment.
Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Proficiency in all PT Level I competencies.
Ability to maintain the required productivity level and potential to take on additional responsibilities.
Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certification, or an AHA-approved equivalent, within three months of hire.
