Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
• Current and active CT Physical Therapist License.
• 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and financial operations, ensuring the clinic meets and exceeds performance goals.
• Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teammates, cultivating a culture of excellence.
• Forge strong relationships within the community, with patients, and key referral sources to drive clinic growth through strategic marketing.
• Develop bespoke, evidence-based treatment plans using the latest practices for optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee patient and team schedules, ensuring timely communication with referral sources and meticulous documentation.
• Set and achieve ambitious professional goals, expanding expertise and leadership prowess.
