BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinic Director for their new outpatient orthopedic clinic opening in December in the Forest Hill area of Richmond, Virginia. This role allows clinicians to focus on patient care while advancing their careers. The company emphasizes a supportive team and leadership invested in success, with central support teams handling administrative work to allow clinicians more time for patient care. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Lead clinical and non-clinical team in a values-driven team environment.
