Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
• Current and active CT Physical Therapist License.
• 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Strong leadership qualities – this is non-negotiable!
• Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive the clinical and financial operations, ensuring our clinic not only meets but exceeds performance goals.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence by coaching and developing both clinical and non-clinical teammates.
• Forge strong relationships within the community, with patients, and key referral sources, propelling our clinic's growth through strategic marketing efforts.
• Develop bespoke, evidence-based treatment plans that leverage the latest practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee patient and team schedules, ensuring timely communication with referral sources and meticulous documentation.
