Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient - License Required
About The Position
Total Rehab Center is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedic position in Somerset, Kentucky. This is not an entry-level position and requires applicants to be licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who have graduated from an accredited PTA program. New grad PTAs will receive support and mentorship. The clinic offers an excellent work/life balance in a beautiful Outpatient Orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will possess high personal integrity and a strong work ethic. The PTA will join an experienced multidisciplinary team to treat a diverse patient population in a beautiful outpatient setting. The caseload is primarily orthopedic with approximately 20% neuro, treating patients of all ages with conditions including post-operation, sports-related injuries, and prevention screening for chronic pain. The role involves autonomous work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant college program.
- Eligible for Kentucky state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Team player with a passion for rehab.
- This is an exercise-based clinic.
