About The Position
Peak Health and Performance is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role involves 40 patient contact hours per week, with all patient care provided in 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions. The clinic serves a motivated caseload of active individuals, including athletes, tactical professionals, and active adults. The ideal candidate possesses a strong team mindset, a passion for personalized care, and a data-driven approach to treatment planning. New graduates are welcome and will receive support and mentorship. The clinic utilizes advanced diagnostic tools and offers clinicians the freedom to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
- Eligible for CO state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Full-time is considered 40 patient contact hours per week.
Nice To Haves
- Some prior outpatient experience is preferred.
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy for 60-minute sessions.
- Work with a caseload of active individuals including athletes, tactical professionals, and active adults.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and clinical precision to help patients reclaim freedom.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of specialists.
