About The Position

Chesterton Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position. This is a PT-owned private practice serving the local community. The caseload primarily consists of general orthopedics and some chronic pain patients, utilizing manual therapy and exercise therapy. Candidates with an interest in Pelvic Floor are preferred. The clinic offers excellent work-life balance with a flexible schedule and no weekends or holidays. This is not an entry-level position; applicants must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistants.

Requirements

• Eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Graduated from an accredited PTA program.
• Full-time or Part-time availability is required.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week of availability over 3 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in Pelvic Floor therapy.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 60 patient visits per week for full-time PTAs.
• Utilize a combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy.
• Provide personalized care to patients.
