About The Position

Adena Health is hiring a full-time Staff Physical Therapy Assistant at Adena Wellness – West in Chillicothe. The position provides direct patient care to a variety of individuals according to plans of care established by a Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service and clinical skills, focus on patient outcomes, uphold high moral and professional standards, and pursue continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork are essential to supporting the operation of the Health System. The role is listed as 90% day shift, Monday through Friday. Salary offers are based on experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong customer service skills and clinical skills.
• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
• High moral and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in the assigned setting.
• Treat patients according to plans of care established by a Physical Therapist.
