About The Position

Adena Health System is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Adena Rehab & Wellness Center. The therapist will provide direct, personalized care to a diverse patient population as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to daily routines. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, compassionate care, and successful patient outcomes. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day position. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical skills, a collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous growth.
• High moral and professional standards and a passion for patient advocacy.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of direct patient care experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy across a variety of settings.
• Document care accurately and effectively to support continuity and compliance.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and providers to achieve successful patient outcomes.
• Contribute to improvement efforts across the department and health system.
• Manage scheduling to balance quality care and productivity.
