Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Hospital – Marion, KS
About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a hospital setting in Marion, Kansas. The role is part of a collaborative, patient-focused rehabilitation department and offers a supportive team environment, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. The position is a permanent placement and follows a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is approximately $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Kansas license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
