About The Position

Phoenix is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to provide home health care in Butler and surrounding areas. PTAs carry out elements of patient care, gather relevant information about treatment, and collaborate with the Physical Therapist on adjustments to care plans. The role supports patients in reaching mobility goals, maintaining independence, and leading active lifestyles. Therapists complete charting during visits with Roger’s AI-powered support.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Assistant certification for the state of Missouri.
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and physical.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT-assigned services to patients in the home setting according to the Physician’s plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participate in communication and case conferences to promote continuity and quality of patient care.
• Use sound judgment and technical skills to perform assigned treatments and procedures according to agency protocols.
• Maintain compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics.
• Comply with agency standards, policies, and procedures; state and federal regulations; state practice acts for licensed personnel; and payer requirements.
• Practice safety, environmental, and infection-control measures.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
