About The Position

HealthPro Heritage is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Eagle Vista Veranda. The role supports patients by implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing direct care, monitoring and documenting progress, and coordinating with the broader care team. The listed rate is $35–$37 per hour, based on years of experience. Requirements

Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or eligibility for licensure.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
Monitor and document patient progress, and report observations to the Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
Document patient treatments, progress, and responses in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate care and support effective treatment outcomes.
