About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time home health Physical Therapist Assistants in and around Jupiter to treat adult and geriatric patients. The position offers a flexible schedule, autonomy over daily work, and a consistent caseload supported by agency partner referrals. PTAs provide services in patients’ homes under the supervision of a physical therapist and are paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate ranges from $40 to $50; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

The role includes paid training, ongoing mentorship, clinical and administrative support, and opportunities for leadership and career advancement. The company provides a tablet, data plan, supplies, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce travel time. Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation.
