About The Position

Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to provide outpatient orthopedic care at its Evansville, Indiana clinic. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options and is open to recent graduates as well as experienced clinicians. PTAs receive support, mentorship, training, and professional development in a collaborative clinic environment. Compensation is $27.00–$34.00+ per hour, negotiable based on experience. New graduate PTAs can receive structured onboarding, training, and a gradual 12-week ramp-up period, as well as a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. Upstream also provides a Generative AI Documentation Scribe to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
Active or pending Indiana PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
