About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in West Nashville, Tennessee. The role is available full-time, part-time, or PRN. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. The clinic offers a collaborative team environment, mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional growth. The Physical Therapist Assistant delivers hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain movement and return to activities they enjoy. The clinic provides structured onboarding and a gradual 12-week ramp-up for new graduates, as well as a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. Clinicians also have access to learning resources, career pathways, and technology intended to reduce documentation burden. The clinic is located at 6816 Charlotte Pike, Suite 103, Nashville, Tennessee. Pay is listed at $27.00–$35.00+ per hour, negotiable based on experience and other factors. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
