About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting in West Nashville, Tennessee. The role is available full-time, part-time, or PRN. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome. Clinicians receive support, mentorship, and tools to help them grow while helping patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. The PTA delivers hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans. The PTA tracks patient progress and collaborates with the clinical team, while building positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community. The organization offers structured onboarding and a gradual 12-week ramp-up period for new-graduate PTAs, a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program, continuing education opportunities, and pathways for professional development and career advancement. Upstream also describes its national network as having more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, with central support teams and technology intended to reduce administrative work.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
- Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
