About The Position
Confluent Health and its family of brands are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient care. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
- Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
- Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
