About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for a modern outpatient orthopedic setting in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The role is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedule options. PTAs provide hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, help patients recover movement and return to valued activities, and work with a collaborative clinical team. The organization offers structured onboarding, mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Upstream clinicians are also supported by an AI documentation scribe designed to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time.
Requirements
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active or pending Tennessee PTA license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
