About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for a modern outpatient orthopedic setting in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available. The role is suited to recent graduates and experienced clinicians, offering a collaborative environment, mentorship, and opportunities for career development. The Physical Therapist Assistant delivers evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. The position includes individualized treatment, tracking patient progress, and close collaboration with the clinical team. New graduates can receive structured onboarding and a gradual 12-week ramp-up period, along with a 12-month one-on-one clinical mentorship program. The organization is part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, which has more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners. Central support teams handle administrative work, while clinicians use data, technology, and other tools to support patient care and reduce administrative burden. The clinic is located at 861 Fairview Ave Ste 102, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, or be an upcoming graduate.
- Active or pending Kentucky PTA license, or eligibility for one.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
