In this Skilled Nursing Facility role, the Physical Therapist Assistant treats patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
- Current or eligible for a Connecticut State PTA license.
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
