About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a skilled nursing setting. The therapist-owned rehabilitation company has more than 20 years of experience delivering patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. Its SNF teams collaborate with nursing, physicians, and families to support a diverse geriatric population.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and working with the interdisciplinary care team to help patients achieve their highest level of independence. TheraDynamics describes its caseloads as manageable and supports clinical autonomy and evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Connecticut State PTA license or eligibility for one.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
