About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role focuses on helping patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life through compassionate, personalized, patient-centered therapy. The PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a collaborative clinical environment, follows patient progress, and contributes to functional rehabilitation outcomes. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans to meet individual rehabilitation needs.
