About The Position

It also provides employers with onsite health services in worksite medical facilities. Concentra is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant. The role assists patients seeking help with pain and injuries. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the assistant performs prescribed client treatment programs and activities and provides technical assistance regarding therapeutic programs, methods, and equipment, in accordance with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine. The role requires ongoing discretion and secure management of confidential and critical information.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate’s degree.
- Meet the licensure or registration requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, perform client treatment programs and activities as prescribed.
- Provide technical assistance regarding therapeutic programs, methods, and equipment.
- Follow Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine.
- Manage confidential and critical information with ongoing discretion and security.
