About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA helps patients improve independence, mobility, safety, strength, balance, and quality of life. The role emphasizes personalized, patient-centered care, functional outcomes, continuity of care, and clinical autonomy in a collaborative environment. TMC provides therapy services to skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or license eligible, in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement, endurance, and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans according to individual rehabilitation needs.
