About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to care for a diverse patient population, with a flexible schedule. The role primarily involves direct patient care and planning and implementing treatment programs for individual patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist, following Physical Therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System. The PTA will also contribute to further development of services and must be flexible to meet system needs across different facilities. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Requirements

• Hold a PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Hold a current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
