About The Position
BenchMark, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. The role offers support, mentorship, and tools to help clinicians thrive, with opportunities for recent graduates and experienced clinicians. Positions are available full-time, part-time, and PRN. Compensation is estimated at $28.00–$35.00 per hour, with a monthly clinical bonus program. Sign-on and student loan repayment incentives are subject to start availability. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for one.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.
