About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The center has two physical therapists and front-desk staff and treats a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The annual salary range is $80,000–$95,000, based on experience, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
- Valid state Physical Therapist license.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
